You can layer both: Niacinamide Serum first, then PDRN Serum, then moisturizer. For a simpler routine, use the PDRN Serum in the morning and the Niacinamide Serum in the evening. The PDRN Serum already contains 1% niacinamide, so you still get daily niacinamide in the morning.
